Return Window
You may return your item within 7 calendar days from delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, gift cards, and personalized pieces cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Shipping
Use a trackable shipping service and consider purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
